If the above is you…
…then this programme is for you!
I struggled with my own peri-menopause, experiencing various symptoms such as hot flushes, aches and pains, anxiety, irritability, mood fluctuations and poor sleep, but turned it around for myself, and since setting up my own clinic almost 8 years ago, have helped numerous clients to do the same. And now I have a great menopause toolbox to share with you.
It’s not just my own experience that I can bring into this programme but also my extensive nutrition training on the topics we will be covering. I’m a Master’s degree-qualified Registered Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, Digestive and Menopause Health Specialist, and Mindset Coach. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients on a 1:1 basis for almost 8 years and have taught a gut and mental health nutrition course for 4 years. I’ve seen amazing transformations in my clients, as well as wonderful excitement from my students for their learnings that allow them to finally understand and take control of their own health.
On top of all that, I’m also a foodie, who loves making every single meal as nutrient-dense and as yummy as possible to provide the fuel and the raw materials that my body and brain need to function optimally and to keep me healthy and happy for the rest of my life without compromising the flavour (in fact, my methods enhance the flavour rather than compromising it!).
What is peri-menopause, hormones and the multitude of factors that affect the way you feel during the transition
The gut microbiome, the gut-brain axis and liver detoxification – how they are linked to menopause and your symptoms

“Minna is fantastic! So knowledgeable about health and nutrition, I’ve learned so much from her about gut health, healthy eating, healthy cooking and well-being”
“I have recommended this course to a friend already.”
“A fantastic and super knowledgeable nutritionist who is supportive, caring and totally passionate about what she does. We’ve been working together to curb my symptoms of menopause (which is going really well) and she’s also suggested great ways to improve my overall level of nutrition and vitamin intake.”
“Minna has an amazing ability to explain things very easily. I can’t express enough how much she has changed my understanding of food.”
“I first started working with Minna to relieve some gut issues, not really expecting that perimenopause symptoms were a bigger challenge for me. Minna has recommended some dietary changes and supplements that have helped me to sleep better – significantly less night sweats and better deeper sleep. I’ve gone from waking up several times in the early hours and staying awake for long periods to waking up once or some nights sleeping right through. I’m waking up easier with more energy.”
“I’ve been backwards and forwards with the NHS to no avail as they could not find a “medical problem”. I began working with Minna three months ago and in three months Minna managed to do more for me than I had managed in the past 3 years. With some relatively simple dietary changes and the addition of some supplements I’ve managed to get to a point where my energy levels are much better and my digestive based anxiety has been vastly improved.”
“It’s been so helpful, you’ve been brilliant, thank you so much! What’s been particularly great is that, from the beginning, you said ‘just do one change at a time’ and that was so helpful; I really appreciated it as I’m not feeling at all overwhelmed.”
“I worked with Minna to help me with menopausal symptoms. All of her advice was sensible, practical and useful. She is also very personable, easy to talk to and I really enjoyed the experience.”
“I have really enjoyed working with Minna, she is knowledgeable and is passionate about the work she is doing. I can’t thank you enough for all you have done, it has changed my life. I am able to have my life back and can’t thank Minna enough for all she has done, working with me to tailor make a program that is sustainable and helped me to achieve a better quality of life.”
“The science was explained really well, very understandable and most importantly not preachy or guilt inducing.”
“Loved this course, it’s given me a more positive outlook on my diet, for the first time in 2 years, I have started cooking again and enjoying it.”
“The course helped me with my anxiety and depression, by encouraging to eat well and how the gut influences the mind.”
“Minna is awesome, she is such a positive influence and supporter, and approachable and friendly, with amazing knowledge.”
“Minna’s food MOT has awoken me from many years of bad habits, myths and convivence cooking. Going through my food diary and understanding how I can swap for healthier alternatives has been eye opening. I am feeling motivated about making better choices for me and my family. Just like our cars we should all have a nutrition MOT once a year!”
