I can teach you skills and behaviours, such as reading and understanding food labels, as well as planning, shopping and preparing healthy meals from scratch, enjoying food without guilt and having a lifelong healthy relationship with food and eating. As a result you can feel more empowered and in control of your and your family’s health and nutrition.

My diet and lifestyle MOT is a 1 hour session with me as we look into your diet and lifestyle diary and I give you suggestions for healthy food swaps and simple lifestyle hacks to optimise your nutritional intake and support optimal health. With simple changes that don’t take much effort at all you can make a big difference in the way you feel.

HEALTHY COOKING SESSIONS

To help you get experimenting with healthy ingredients and recipes, I offer private healthy practical cooking sessions, tailored to your needs and preferences, run online over Zoom. When booking a private cookalong session with me, you’ll be sent recipes, shopping and equipment lists in advance, and as we cook the recipes together, I will explain the health benefits of the ingredients and how to use them.

During a healthy cooking demo, I will demonstrate prepping and cooking of 3-5 dishes, based on different themes and dietary preferences, while using healthy, interesting and delicious ingredients and various cooking methods. I will also explain the nutritional benefits of individual ingredients. The attendees are able to sample all foods prepared during the demonstration and are provided with the recipes.
