NLP MINDSET COACHING
1-TO-1 NLP COACHING
The way we think and process our thoughts and the language patterns we use influence our behaviours, and can have a positive or negative effect on us.
Research shows that our thoughts can change our physiology. Think about a time when you were feeling nervous before an important event and you started getting sweaty palms and a racing heart. Those symptoms were a direct result of your nervous – unhelpful – thoughts about your upcoming event. Our thoughts trigger various chemicals to be released in the body that can either affect our health negatively or can make us feel healthier. The good news is that we can change our thoughts and take control of them rather than letting our thoughts control us. When we achieve this we can take control of our long-term health and live a longer happier lives. We know from studies that optimistic, happy people are likely to live longer, so let’s change those thoughts!
“We ARE what we BELIEVE!”
A behaviour change requires a change in mindset
By taking control of your mind and changing how you view food, your health and your future, you will be more likely to make long-term changes in your health-related behaviours to achieve your goals.
I use my skills as an NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) mindset coach in conjunction with nutritional therapy to explore any limiting beliefs my nutrition clients may have. I help them break down these unhelpful barriers, while acquiring new resourceful beliefs about themselves, their health, foods they eat and their future. Hence, adopting healthier behaviours won’t feel daunting but instead they can feel positive, empowered and supported about the change, so achieving their health goals becomes an exciting journey.
You can also book a separate one-to-one mindset coaching session (without nutritional therapy), in which we’ll explore how your negative thoughts, language patterns and limiting beliefs may be holding you back from achieving your full potential. I will teach you various techniques so you can create a more resourceful and positive mindset that can help you achieve your goals, whatever they are.
