Menopause Awareness Day – Sharing Knowledge and Wisdom

Let’s Make Friends With the Menopause!

I’ve just submitted my February nutrition column to the Wokingham Paper (out next week, but you can read my previous column on detox diets now via the link). Next week’s column is all about how to make friends with your menopause, take control of your symptoms and start living your life to the full.

The menopause is a natural process in a woman’s life and NOT an illness! Unfortunately some women experience unpleasant symptoms that can make them feel rather unwell. But there are many things that we can do naturally to allow our bodies transition through this time of the life in a more gentle and healthy way.

It really shouldn’t and doesn’t need to be a constant struggle!

Rather than battling against nature, what if we started listening to our bodies more, accepting, respecting and loving ourselves and this stage of our lives, as well as being open and sharing our experiences with others?

We really need to start lifting the taboo around menopause, don’t you agree?

And that’s what exactly is happening now!

I can’t wait to share my menopause nutrition talk with you at this exciting ‘Menopause Awareness Day – Sharing Knowledge and Wisdom’ event in March in the beautiful Warbrook House Hotel in Eversley.

I’m so honoured to be one of the speakers among all the fabulous conventional and complementary health care practitioners, including doctors, physiotherapist, women’s health specialists, mindfulness and yoga practitioners to name but a few.

A fantastic full day of sharing knowledge and wisdom, getting practical tips from expert speakers and stall holders and connecting with other women going through their menopause or getting themselves prepared for it. The £27.50 ticket includes a lunch and refreshments

I’d love it if you could join us!

Tickets are selling fast! Get yours booked HERE before it’s too late!

Please feel free to spread the word and share the event with your friends who you think may benefit form learning, sharing and connecting. Thank you.

(For ladies only, sorry gents! 😊)

I’ll leave you with this lovely testimonial from a client of mine who’s menopause symptoms are now under control and much more manageable, so she can enjoy her life to the full.
